William S. Moore (photo), whose return to the CAA as chief of General Inspection Division was announced in AVIATION NEWS, Nov. 6, will have as his assistant Paul E. Young, who has been acting chief of the division. Moore has been on leave in the Flight Control Command of the Army Air Forces for the past two years.
